For the past 3 days I have had this weird feeling of pressure or heaviness very low in my abdomen. I think it is too early for round ligament pain so the only thing I can think of is that my uterus is stretching? It is worse if I cough or sneeze, and it is more of a nagging pressure than actual pain most of the time. Has anyone else experienced this? I am trying not to think about it but I'm overly sensitive since I miscarried in October (that was my 1st pregnancy). I am now 10wk4d and am hoping this is normal!!

Sounds normal. It's probably your uterus growing. I remember from my last pregnancy that sneezing and coughing I hated SO much. ((Hugs))

I have the same thing, usually accompanied by contraction-like cramping. I am supposed to try to stay off my feet as much as possible and have a higher m/c rate but so far, whenever I take it easy, they usually go away. Drink plenty of water and don't over do it! If you start to feel pain or discomfort, take a rest.
