All of a sudden I really just can't get full! I eat a normal, healthy amount of food and I'm immediately starving. Like "my stomach is growling and I'm nauseous" starving!
Any ideas what I can eat that'll fill me up better? I thought about protein bars but DH said they're filled with fat and not as good for you as you'd think... so I'm at a loss. I'm gonna weigh 800 lbs soon if I don't figure out eating lol

Sounds alot like me lately... Yesterday I had an early lunch (about 11am) and then was starving again by noon, so I had a rice noodle bowl about 12:30. THen by 3pm I had to eat again (orange). I got home and was starving by 5pm. I had a little bit of chinese left overs. Took my son for his First Reconciliation and when we were done a little after 7 I was starving again (we went to Taco Bell). I agree that I really feel like I need to reign it in, but I just can't when you literally feel nauseous if you don't eat. All I can think of is that baby must be having a growth spurt right about now.

I have days where I am starving and days when I eat normally. But no matter what type of day it is I have to eat at least every 2-3 hours or a feel so sick and get a headache. I feel like I have to live my life around food and it's driving me crazy!!
