Np. I would buy big bags of them from WalMart and keep handfuls of them in my pants pockets. As soon as I would finish one, if I didn't pop in another immediately I would get sick and it was projectile with DS. No warning, just bam.

Nothin helped me food wise. The thing that helps me a ton is what is called sea bands. They are these little bands that you wear like bracelets. They have little 'buttons' on them and they push on the pressure point on the bottom of your wrist. I swear by these things. I can go from feeling absolutely terrible, to putting them on and being able to eat at least a half of a meal.

Sucking on candies, ESPECIALLY the preggie pops helped me, though my nausea was never to the point of throwing up. Just the point of being annoying. I hope you find some relief.

When I was really sick, nothing honestly worked, but now that I am just slightly nauseated, I find that eating constantly very small amounts helps. My go-to things are frozen fruit and dried mango.
