So how many of us have names figured out or almost figured out? So exciting!

For us, we found out baby is a girl, and her name is Alice Persephone

What about you?

LOVE her name! We have our boy's name set, but still working on a girl's name. We won't be sharing I don't think until birth though.

]I'm pretty sure that we've got both the boy & girl first and middle names set now. At this point we are also planning to keep the baby's name a secret until the birth. We actually had chosen a different girl name originally, but about 2 weeks ago I had a dream that we were having a girl with a completely different first name and DH is actually liking that name better. I'm so excited about the new name and I'm even more excited to find out the gender!

Nope Nada. DH refuses to go through names until we know the gender. I told him my boy name is set for Zachary so really he only needs to choose a girl name lol. He won't. I have a few ideas but am undecided. So, I'm not setting my heart on anything or my theme I wanted to go with (E name this time). I have a feeling its a girl so hopefully a name will just fall into place for us like it did for DD. It took us a little while to decide on the mn but in the end I chose it since he chose her first name.

We have a boys name but not a girl's name. It's gonna be hard to come up with a girls name for us.

Wow! So I am curious all of those keeping it secret till birth, what is your reason? If baby was a boy we thought about keeping the name secret just because it is nonconvential and I didnt want to deal with jerky comments from my mother. Ha!

Since we'll be revealing the gender, we like some element of surprise for everyone else. We kept the gender and names secret with #4 and it was SO much fun. However, not sure if DH can keep it a secret this time if we find out the gender so who knows.

Well we're not finding out the gender either so we won't be using the name beforehand anyway.

So it'll be a gender and and name announcement all in one!

How do pronounce Yalia? I have never heard of it, I think I like it. I am saying it like it rhymes with my oldest dd's name, Laliyaah.

I have a boys name I LOVE, but no one else likes it. I have loved it for years. I may use it if this is another boy, because I am fresh out of boys names.

I think I have a girls name. Not sure.

Dh is usually okay with whatever I pick.

Well thats fun! I like to believe one day I can go Team Green, I just get so excited and anxious to plan all the fun stuff RIGHT THEN. LOL. One of my best friends was team green and secret names for her son and she said it was so much fun.

If baby was a boy his name would have been Ilya Nathaniel, I told DH I was curious about maybe keeping it secret so I dont have to hear it from other people but then he brought up the good point that my mom lacks *just enough* tact to still say something after he was born.

This. The boy's name was easy and we agreed on it in about 30 seconds. Girl's name? No idea how long it'll take. But we're not even talking about it unless we find out it's a girl.

We had a boys name 100% picked out... nothing but a middle picked for a girl at this point though!

We are keeping our names secret until we are 100% certain that is the name we want - I like doing it that way because then there's no room for discussion. I've noticed if you say things like "We think we are picking _______" people felt more like they're allowed to throw in an opinion. If you come out and say, "Baby's name is ___________" they will be less likely to do it.
Either way, I don't think any of our names would be met with a negative response but it's still nice to keep quiet until it's positive

We chose a name already. We had a hard time agreeing on girl names for a bit. Baby's name is Audrey Alana. Alana is my sister's middle name, pronounced ah-lay-na.
