So my insurance has this program that if you follow all the guidelines they give. (Go to doc by 14 weeks, go to all appts, stay with same insurance the whole pregnancy) they give you a free stroller, car seat, or pack n play. (Its Medicaid in Pa) I didn't do it with the other kids because the first I didn't go until 17 weeks. And the other two they didn't have the pack n play option and I already had stroller and car seat when I got the packet! So this time, I'm doing it and getting a pack n play! Oh and its a Graco! Love Graco!

That's sooo nice!! Im getting a car seat. I think that is the only option here. It is a graco convertable so when my infant seat is too small, I can switch.. However, I still would get the carseat over the pack n play if given the option. It is less expensive to buy a pack n play than the carseat.. Im glad you are getting something new.

If you do a birthing class at my hospital they give you a car seat, so I'm doing a birthing class to get the seat, lol. Just waiting to hit about 16 weeks before I do it.

Yes here its a crappy cosco scenera you get. Which doesn't rear face long or forward face long and is about $39 at Walmart. I couldn't find a graco pack and play for less than $80.
