Hello there!

I am Yolanta. I am the mom of 4 kids and step-mom of 2 more. This is my husband and my first baby together. My kids are all into soccer so we are a busy family, especially during the Fall. I am a work out of the home mom, a family law paralegal, and plan to go back to work after baby is born.

I look forward to getting to know you better!

Hiya! Nice to meet you, due date buddy!

I'm 33, married for 14 1/2 years to my sweet (yet sometimes annoying) hubby. We have 2 kids, Cameron is 13 and Cassidy is 7 1/2 years. I am a stay at home mom but I also babysit while my kids are at school. I have a 10 month old, a 20 month old, a 3 1/2 year old and then I have a part time kindergartner and a part time 4th grader in the mornings before school. I'm also very involved in my daughters school. I'm PTA president there and in charge of basically everything that goes on, revolving around events and such. HUGE responsiblity but I love it! Neither of my kids do sports but my son is in the orchestra at his middle school.

I could write a book about the hecticness of my life lol!!

Cant' wait to talk more!

Believe me my life is hectic too so I understand.

I see that your baby is a rainbow baby, as is ours. I've been through so much to have this baby and I'm so excited for everything to finally be paying off.

Yep, this is our rainbow baby and what a struggle its been. 6 appts in 7 weeks?! who does that? lol!

We're taking it one day at a time. We just announced to friends and family as well so I'm hoping and praying we don't have to untell the same way we did last pregnancy.

I know how hard it is to untell! I have been through 6 m/c. I do feel "good" about this pregnancy, so at least I have that.

I just can't wait until I am more visibly pregnant and not just chunky looking! lol

Oops, I am just seeing this!

I am feeling a lot better, with m/s only here and there.

We were supposed to have a soccer free weekend, but my son ended up playing a scrimmage game. I did some cleaning and all my errands. I even vacuumed/cleaned one of my teenagers rooms I was feeling so inspired. She came home and didn't say anything. Then later on that night I asked her what she thought and her response was that she thought someone had broken in and cleaned her room. I laughed so hard!

How was your weekend?

My weekend was ok. Our sewer line backed up (yay for that giant tree in our yard! NOT!) so I just signed my life away to get it cleared out! sigh.

Otherwise it was good. What are your plans for the week? anything exciting?

Just another ordinary week. Working, running kids around to CCD and soccer. This weekend we find out gender, so I am hoping this week hurries up!

So sorry your sewer line backed up! THat is definitely something you have to deal with right away. At my old house our sewer line also backed up too! I feel your pain on the money part.

What else do you have planned for the week?

We're expecting a winter storm starting tomorrow around lunch so I'll run to the store before all my babysitting kids arrive in the morning! Predicted anywhere from 4'-12", basically depends on how the storm moves in to our area. I'm telling you I'm so over the cold nasty weather. I can't wait for spring. Thursday we have a construction meeting at our elementary school (We're getting several new buildings in our district) so I'm preparing for that (we're hosting with refreshments!) and then the usual laundry, and cleaning while entertaining 3 kids under 4 LOL!

have a good week

I am over the winter too, and we don't even have extreme winters. Today our high is about 62. I just want warmer weather!!

Hope you guys don't get too much snow.

We got just a bit, probably 5", enough to close school but with the temps it was almost all slush by lunchtime.

Are you feeling movement yet? I'm not and that's probably why I have so much anxiety. I'm crossing fingers for some baby flutters here soon

I don't *think* I am.. However I have a doctor appt this morning so we'll check that. I'm also still having weird spotting issues so we'll have to check that as well. Sigh. Pregnancy this go around is so much rougher.

We got back from NC yesterday and I was sad to be back. We left beautiful sunny 70's to come back to freezing rain in the 30's Boo!

Glad your trip went well.

I also saw that your appointment went great. What did they say about the spotting?

They said they think I had a Subchorionic Hemorrhage that is continuing to reabsorb. I'm still on pelvic rest until the spotting has stopped for a full 10 days. Yikes! Good thing my husband is so understanding (tho I'm going as crazy as he is!)

We heard the heartbeat again and things are well

How are things with you?

Things are good. I have been battling a headache and weird shooting pain in my right foot. When I move it a certain way it actually radiates up my leg. I have no idea if this is some sort of nerve issue or what, but it's super annoying and makes driving lots of fun!

Hope your foot feels better. Not much worse then strange pains you can't identify.

I know! I had super strange shooting pain in my shoulder with my last pregnancy that we never identified. I hope it goes away too.
