My sciatica has been killing me since about 8-10 weeks. The past 3 nights I've slept with a rolled up blanket between my legs. And my pain has gone from a 7-10 all day to a 1-4 all day! Guess its time to go buy a body pillow instead of using a blanket.
I love my maternity pillow I bought. The only way this baby will let me sleep all night is on my back so I prop myself at about 45 degrees and then have it wrapped under my legs so they are elevated. It's heaven.
The thing is before, the only relief I'd get was sleeping and for an hour or two in the morning, so I never figured my sleep was affecting it, but aparantly it was. If I'm laying on my back I unroll the blanket and wedge under my back so I'm angled to th side a little.
