I got like FIFTY pimples on my forehead overnight And I have pimples on my cheeks, too. I haven't been like this since a short pimple-phase i went through when I was like 13/14. I've always had the CLEAREST skin no matter what I did, to the point I never wear make up. This stinks

Mine has been awful too! My best friend showed me an oil treatment that is suppose to be good for hormonal breakouts! It is a mixture of castor oil and evoo!

Gotta love those pregnancy hormones. My face have been absolutely horrible.my complexion is bad, huge pimples on my cheeks. Its gotten so bad that even my 4 year old asked what happened lol. I've never had a problem with acne. Not even in my previous pregnancies.

Yep, my skin has been a mess for at least a month and a half. I've just kind of accepted that I look crummy at this point!

Cause you're having a girl!! Mines the same way and I never get pimples- ever! I'm like freaking out because they don't clear but I don't want to put makeup on them and clog my pores and potentially make it worse

Lost I was going to post something simliar today! My face was great the whole first trimester. Even clearer than normal, and then I hit the second trimester (well depending on who you ask) and BAM! A million zits...I wonder if the hormone balance changes at this point? I know there are some kinds of hormonal change that causes MS to go away, etc, but whatever it is made my zits APPEAR! booo

I have always had acne since starting puberty at 12, but it has NEVER been this bad!!! I have little bumps all over, almost like a rash. I am going to try the oil treatment as soon as i get a hold to some castor oil.

If it is rashlike it could be rosacea. I've had that before and you most likely will need antibiotics to clear it up.

I looked it up, and it doesn't look like rosacea, but it's definitely a lot of pimples covering the area like a rash (but not red like a rash would be).

Mine wasn't typical rosacea looking either, Lost. I went to the dermatologist because it just lookeed like a cluster of pimples. Diagnosis: Rosacea. Nothing like what you see online.

I will ask my midwife about it. I saw her yesterday though for a class and she didn't say anything It's already clearing up (I've started washing my face twice a day). I think it might have been a reaction to a new face lotion.

I never break out or wear make up either, but I break out like crazy both times I've been pregnant now. Ugh.

I battle with hormonal acne since I was a teenager, but it was always pretty clear with my boys and this time it's SO bad, I mean worse than when I WAS a teenager. Blah, I hate it because I hate wearing makeup and now I feel so self conscious about it.
