I just made a HUGE pot of pasta sauce. With that I made two lasagnas, a pan of baked ziti, and took the leftover sauce and put it in ziploc containers. When they are ready to be eaten I take them out the night before and bake it at 325 for 35-45 mins. The sauce I can just dump into a pot and heat up while pasta is being cooked. Nice and easy.
I also have made frozen breakfast burritos and enchiladas. For the burritos I made scrabbled eggs, fried up some ground pork, grated up cheddar cheese, and warmed up some tortillas (those were store bought but Id really like to made them from scratch). Cook it all up mix it together, wrap it up into the tortilla, wrap that into tin foil and place into big freezer bag done.
Enchiladas- ground beef, taco seasoning, enchilada sauce, cheddar cheese, and tortillas. Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning and enchilada sauce when its done wrap it into the tortilla put in the cheese and freeze all done
