Please keep in mind this is my first pregnancy so I have no idea what is normal... but if this is typical, then... it sucks.
I am definitely no stranger to UTIs at all... I usually get 2 or 3 of them a year but what I'm experiencing isn't what my UTIs normally feel like. Well, mostly. The reason I'm not thinking it's a UTI is because it isn't constant. Still annoying and uncomfortable though.
I've always had a cranky bladder and have always peed a lot so that is no change... plus, I'm pregnant but at least once or twice a day I will have to pee SO bad and when I get there and feel like I'm about to explode or pee like a faucet, I get that slow trickle like I barely had to go at all (and it takes a while to empty my bladder regardless of how much pressure I use / how hard I squeeze/push.)
Other times during the day I get that almost burning urgency like how it feels when you have a UTI but it definitely doesn't burn while I pee it's just that... like... I just peed but have to go again right this second and its UNCOMFORTABLE like when you have a UTI. That doesn't last long but for a span of ten to fifteen minutes I feel certain I have an infection then as quickly as it came it's gone and I will be completely fine for most of the day.
This was going on before my last appointment so I assume I would know if my urine came back with bacteria in it (they do test our urine samples for infection don't they?)
I drink tons of water so drinking more won't do anything for me but make me have to go even more.
Its my first pregnancy, too... but I have the same thing if I have a really full bladder mostly when I wake up in the middle of the night I feel like it comes out too slow and its not an instant relief.. I don't get the burning, though. I hope you find relief soon..
Ditto what Melissa said. If my bladder is overly full when I go, it does start off super slow and even hurts a little, but eventually it picks up speed and I get some relief. My pee burns whenever I've drank too much of anything thats not water, even if I drink water too. Also makes me wonder if I have a uti but I figure the doctors would have caught it if there was one. Hope it gets better soon!

My Ob's office does check urine right there, so I think if you had any type of UTI you would have been told
That being said- I do get the same feeling at times! You have to remember a few things: Your body has completely changed inside and there is extra pressure on your bladder, which can make you feel like the urgency to go is stronger at times depending on a lot of factors. If you eat more, and you're really full it can make it more intense. And baby is also big enough now to give your bladder little jabs here and there
When I pee, I can just TELL it's not all coming out. I, no joke, have to lean sideways to the left/right/front etc because I can always find the "right" position and make myself pee like normal lol
