Nope, no complaints about the solid sides I actually like them more because less holes for toys to fall (be pushed) through when baby gets bigger

This is the set we bought... it was a bit of a splurge buying the whole set but we plan on having more kids and will be able to use it again. It also converts to the toddler and full-size bed.

We had that exact same crib and dresser/changer set with Maddie and it was great. Its very good quality and nearly 4 years later, her dresser and changer that now seats all her stuffed animals is in perfect condition.

I always co slept with my first 3 in my previous marriage. We had a borrowed crib for our first but just used it a couple of times. I really dont want one now either but SO is quite insistant that we will be using one. He never co slept with his boys so he has no idea how nice and easy it is. That said I am grateful for all these good ideas for cribs as I am clueless about them.

That's great to know! It got good reviews but is still in the box so I haven't had a chance to see the set in person all put together. So glad it has lasted

I just told DH last night we need to get a matching dresser, so I'm definitely liking the DaVinci one. Thank you all SO much for sharing your cribs with me. I'm still totally undecided, but this really helps!

My parents gave me the crib they had at their house as a hand-me-down. We hope to move between now and when Little Man gets here, and I honestly doubt it will survive the move. I hope it doesn't, because I secretly want to buy a new one!
