We ALWAYS have veggies and dip in our fridge. My 4 year old loves all veggies...even raw zucchini. But, I'll give him an orange and a cheese stick, sliced apples with peanut butter, grapes and cheese, yogurt with granola. Any fresh fruit. Fresh cut pineapple with cottage cheese.

I love low fat cottage cheese with sunflower seeds and sliced black olives in addition to all the ideas above. My favorite snack is apple and peanut butter.

We do apples, oranges, grapes, strawberries, bananas etc. Love fruit! Low fat string cheese, yogurt, veggies like carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.

Thanks everyone!

I definitely do fruits already but they have a lot of sugar in them too, unfortunately. I'm gonna try to start eating more of the things like you guys listed!

I LOVE me some hummus! It's so expensive, I really need to find a good recipe and make it myself!

Oh my goodness this sounds AMAZING!!! I've been having a love affair with our local frozen yogurt place, but this sounds like it would help that craving! Thanks for the idea!

I love hummus and I'm going to try make my own. Check out my tabouleh recipe too that I just posted in the poisoned apple.

I eat a lot of fruit and at work I keep a big bag of frozen fruit in the freezer and snack on it when i get the snack attacks in the afternoon after lunch. Also have veggies already cut up in your fridge so you can just grab and go. They are much more appealing if they are already cut rather than you having to be deterred by standing and cutting them up if time is short.

I'll definitely check out that recipe!

I hadn't thought of frozen fruit, either. Someone had suggested sugar free fruit ice pops too, not that it'll fill me up but if it's not hunger and just boredom (which I'm good for doing), it'll occupy my mind

I have to go stock up on some fruits and veggies now! I've pretty much been sugar-free for a few days now and am feeling a lot better
