We're having a boy after 3 girls and honestly I'm scared lol! I just feel like I know how to raise girls, I have no idea about boys! I know if this one had turned out to be a 4th girl everyone would have that "Awww, too bad" reaction, and they assume we were hoping for a boy, but really we're scared to death of the unknown!

Baby #4 - BOY!!! - due Aug 31, 2013
That's a strange reaction, especially since you have one of each already. My husband came from a fam with 3 sons, and we have 3 sons(and mostly all grandkids are boys) so everyone was hoping and praying we got a girl. We did this time and I can definitely see a difference in the responses. Everyone hoped for a girl last time too and though they did try to say every baby is a blessing, we will love another boy, etc...there is a more excitement and fuss about this baby since it's a girl. I guess a lot has to do with our situation and not getting a girl until baby #4.
Hopefully your family comes around soon. When his sweet little face is here in person they won't be able to resist falling in love.
