I am so jealous of all of you!!
At 23 weeks I am up 33lbs! I feel so fat and ugly! I am surely on the road to gaining 50lbs again! Every pregnancy I seem to gain a majority of the weight by the midpoint and then it slows down. So weird... I think the heartburn might play a big part in that because it becomes so awful to eat much of anything. I sure hope I can keep it to around +15more lbs. Pray for me, lol
Lanae: Mommy to Ethan, Will, Alex and Surprise baby GIRL due August 15, 2013!
I don't know how some of you are gaining so little! I am being relatively careful and am up about 14 pounds at 23 weeks. ERRRRRRRRRRR!
For me, getting sick! I was overweight to start. Wen I first found out I was sick to my stomach for a week, not throwing up, just couldn't eat. Not us why it took me so long to gain it back, but then I got sick again last week, fever, sore throat, felt like dying, so I was living off water and smoothies for 4ish days and lost more weight. This is a first for me.
My last appt was April 8th and I was 2 days away from 23 weeks, up 17 also.
The nurse who weighed me said not big deal when I said oh my goodness!!
The Dr however made a comment about gaining too much and slowing down. I was offended and said I eat healthy, I still excercise, I don't think I'm doing bad!! She then looked at my chart and said oh well I guess you were 6lbs heavier last time with your last pregnancy so maybe it's because of how small you are.
I gained 33lbs with DS3 and so I decided I just won't see that Dr again.
There are 5 and you can choose which to go to.
That was my first time with her and I like a different one better anyway

21w6d and I'm up 21.5-22 pounds depending on what time of day it is.
Normal for me. I gain a pound for every week of pregnancy topping out at 40 lbs.
My drs want this though! they want me to take anti morning sickness drugs in the first trimester even though I wasnt throwing up. I'm too skinny to begin with so I have to gain 40 lbs or I get yelled at.
Our 3rd baby GIRL coming in August ♥
I am up 13 pounds at 24 weeks. It really is bugging me though I was obese when I got pregnant and lost 86 pounds before becoming pregnant. I eat healthy, count my calories and workout 4-6 days a week. This week every day when I get on the scale I have been up .5 to 1 pound. It makes no sense to me all...I know I am not eating enough to gain all that! Maybe constipation is making my weight more then it actually is? IDK but its pretty depressing right now!
Ugh... I'm up 32 pounds at 24 weeks you guys! I hate it. I spent the last year before getting pregnant losing 35 pounds, and I swore I was going to gain a max of 25 this pregnancy. I gained 60-70 with my boys, and I'm sadly on track for that again I'm bummed.
Location: McDonough, GA by way of Charlotte, NC and my home NY!!!!
I was overweight to begin with so I have been trying to watch what I eat and I got the flu around 11 weeks and lost 15 pounds and just haven't gained it back yet...this is the reason I have not gained anything over pre pregnancy weight yet. Don't get depressed or sad about your weight gain it happens to everyone, sometimes food just sits on us even if we eat a little so don't stress it WILL come off and we do NOT need any additional stress especially over weight while being pregnant !
