I know some people have a preference, so I thought I'd ask. If your partner was to buy your baby an outfit, do you have a preference if it has a onesie or would you prefer the shirt/bottoms to be separate?

For me, I already have a bunch of onesies (in all kinds of sizes) so I'd prefer separates, but if you just can't resist that adorable onesie outfit I won't be upset in any way.

I hate shirts for 9 months and under, I prefer dresses, onesies, or onesies with shorts/skirts.

I like onesies. We have lots of them for summer but they look cute when it's an outfit (onesie and pants)

No preference. I don't have many clothes yet and have no idea what will work best, so I'd be happy with anything!

Onesies while he's itty bitty but I'd be okay with separates too when he got a little bigger

I definitely prefer onsies for little ones. I don't think we started separated clothes with DS until around 9 months. It's just easier for me.

Separates! We used fitteds (which wet through), and wont always use a cover, so either just shirts or dresses :-)
