You guys are so lucky I can't post pictures to here from my phone! Lol
My cankles are awful! I didn't have any swelling until yesterday, from being on my feet for like 9+ hours. And now they are just here for the long haul I guess! Not a ton of pitting yet but I know it's coming lol
*Thank you to *Kiliki* for my beautiful signature!*
Well you're in good company because I've got cankles too! And I have for about the last 3 weeks. I blame it on 12 hour shifts and not being able to sit too much when I'm working... you would think they would recuperate on my days off but no such luck!
Location: McDonough, GA by way of Charlotte, NC and my home NY!!!!
Mine were like that too for the last 2 weeks and it was depressing looking like pigs feet seriously lol! What I did was as soon as I got home i put my feet up and while sleeping stacked the pillows high to elevate the at least 12 inches above my heart level kept my H2O intake up and happy to report i have given Porky back his hooves and my feet have returned !
I just got back from a week in hot sunny Orlando at Disney and my ankles took two days to get almost back to normal. O.o I'm hoping they stay ok. This is pretty early for me to swell...I usually don't have swelling issues til 35 weeks or later.
