The past few days I have been waking up incredibly sore... as if I had run for miles the day before but definitely haven't! Lol

It's mostly my butt bones, hips and middle of my back but even my shoulders too. It's different from waking up sore from sleeping weird because it hasn't gone away. Like I massage my butt (I know, weird lol) and it will be sooooo sore! Imagine when you do squats and that feeling the next day! I'm wondering if it's my bones loosening up as the big day approaches and my body's way of getting ready?!

Is anyone else having sore muscles like this?

I'm about to jump in the bath to help but man what the heck? Lol

I have been having the worst time with my butt, lol. It really hurts to walk and the doctor basically said there's nothing I can do. I try and stretch as much as possible and do daily yoga videos.

I've been trying to get the baby to move off of whatever he's pressing on but he seems to have camped out for the long haul.

I totally understand Fins! She seems to be staying put causing my leg issues no matter what I do but I will definitely try some stretching. My friend is sending me a maternity yoga DVD for me to try so I'm super excited for it to get here. It's just so weird how sore they are... i'm like, "Am I sleep running around the house or something?!" LOL!

I've been having really bad sciatic pain on my right side that shoots all the way down my right butt cheek and leg. I did get a prenatal massage a few weeks ago which helped for awhile but now I'm noticing the pain coming back. Hope it starts getting better for you!

I'm still having bad hip and back back. Been steadily worsening since around 12 weeks. This pregnancy has been so rough. I'm ready to be done. I can't even sleep at night and when I try to roll over it sends shooting pains down my legs.

Sounds awful! Hopefully the yoga video will help! I keep meaning to try one of those out myself. Let me know how it helps?

I've had some really awful back pain the last few days. at one point I almost compared it to back labor the pain was so bad and I almost passed out. Doctor says stretching will help, I say having a baby is the only thing that will help lol! August wont come soon enough

Ugh I'm sad to hear so many of you ladies are in pain too! Omg yes, switching sides at night is the worst... sometimes I wake BF from all my huffing and puffing trying to get the pillow just right under my belly but between my legs and he'll start helping me roll over lol Seriously is it August yet?! I can't wait to be able to sleep normally again and walk around with no pain! NOT TO MENTION meeting our precious little ones!!!
