Anyone else have this? I keep forgetting to talk to my doctor about it but I'm 99.9990% sure I have it. It's not very night thankfully but it's bad some nights. Right now I'm laying in bed and can't sleep bc of it.
Any suggestions on what to do? I won't be able to get through to my doctors office until Tuesday bc of Memorial Day but I need sleep!

I've had it for as long as I can remember. It only bothers me every now and then, but its been a little more often with being pregnant. The only thing that helps me is to get up and move. Sometimes I just jog in place really vigorously and that will help for a while. Let me know what your doc says. I was told so many times as a kid that it was "nothing" or "nonsense" that I never even think of telling a doctor about it.

Doing stretches before bed can really help. Press your palms into the wall and step back to force a good stretch on your calves. I'm not sure on the number of times, but maybe just do it until you get a good burn and then try sleeping. I've also found that eating bananas during the day can help reduce the restlessness at night, but not always. I hope it calms down for you!
Yes! I've never had it with any other pregnancies, but some evenings my legs are so antsy. I mentioned it to a couple friends the other day and apparently is pretty common. It's been better for the lasts few days. I've been trying to get more exercise during the day in hopes that it'll help. Not sure if it's been the exercise that's made the difference or just coincidence. It's really annoying!
