I don't post often. I was just wondering if anyone else has a change in their body clock when pregnant? I'm starting to think its just me.
This is my 3rd baby, and when I'm not pregnant I am a morning person. Always have been, even as a teen! lol I love being up at like 5 am, love love love my lornings, love working early, and in bed by 9ish, 10 on a late night.
But with every pregnancy I turn into a night owl!!! I even switched to over nights at work with my first two, because I just could not get up before 9am and I'm up with tons of energy until like 1am!! Even now, I'm going to have to force myself to go to bed, and I have to drag myself out of bed every morning. Going to bed early, I just lay in bed can't fall asleep....I don't have breakfat till like 10am!!
But after baby...is naturally 5am mornings, I workout in the am, shower dressed, eat and done house cleaning by 10am.
Anyone else have this huge difference while pregnant?? Or am I weird?? lol
My body clock isn't having that big of a difference but it has changed! I used to usually be up at like 7:30 or 8 in the mornings and go to bed no later than 10pm but now I can't wake up before 10am!!! I still go to bed around 10ish or later but still sleep in so late >_< I hate it because sometimes I will even wake up at 11am and it's like, "OMG!!!! The day is pretty much gone! "
Even though mine's not a huge difference like yours, I still don't think you're weird at all! Pregnancy does crazy things to our bodies lol
Mine is all weird some morning I wake up early, others I don't but I do find myself staying up late. My mind just be racing when its time for bed. I be sleepy but either I can't shut my brain down r I'm uncomfortable. Like right now 11:30 n I'm so sleepy but can't sleep
