So . . . the last two NSTs that I had were not the best. One they called my doctor and that was the day I was admitted. On Monday I had another and the nurse took the strip to a midwife to read . . . they said I could go, only because I was going to see my doctor in half an hour. They told me "if you don't feel baby moving, don't wait, come in". Well, I live an hour away. So, I ate supper tonight and I couldn't stomach the spices so I opted for ice cream. :-) Then I realized "wait, I ate sugar and something cold and baby isn't moving" then I started watching the clock and doing a kick count. Getting down to the wire I was thinking "man, it sure is late to have to drive up there for them to say everything is okay". Then for some reason I thought about an ice pack! I started moving the ice pack around my belly and bingo! Baby started bouncing all over, it was kind of funny. It made me think about being sound asleep and someone pouring ice water on you!
