My induction is scheduled for the 16th. I should be out the hospital on the 18th. School for dd1, dd2, dh & I all start on the 19th. That means as soon as I get out I will be going home to craziness. Getting everyone n thing ready for the next day. I will not have one day at home to relax with bam bean-o, girls n dh. Dh says he gone take that day off but I don't see him being much help with the girls. He will take the baby n go back to sleep. I know the week of my induction I'm gone be running around washing hair laying out outfits n getting things together. I'm hoping I don't be sore after the birth, I need my strength.

Yikes that sounds rough! I think you need to have a back up plan just in case you are in the hospital longer than you think. That's cutting it pretty close :0

A positive though is that with the girls busy at school you can spend one on one with your little guy

That would be rough. Hopefully dh will realize he is going to have to be a big help that week.

That's got me stressed out because school starts here on Sept 4th. My due date is Aug 24th, but by conception it's Aug 28th, and I typically go past due. We homeschool, but also attend a school 3 times a week. This year, I have 3 in school and my littlest is starting kindergarten. I don't want to miss anything with her! I know what you mean and I really hope this baby comes a little early so I have time to adjust!!!

That is a tight schedule! I'd strongly suggest getting anything you can ready before you go to the hospital--pack their back packs (and put them somewhere that they can't undo it while you're gone) pick out clothes and have them washed and ready, grocery shop, etc. so at the most you just have to grab what they need and send them out the door.
I hope hubby surprises you and is more helpful than you are picturing.

I agree with packing bags and things ahead of time so all they need to do the morning of school is grab their bags and out the door they go! Hope your hubby helps out. I'd have to kick mine if he didn't help!
