I was just wondering if this was a normal ache and pain to have.... I delivered my baby girl a week ago and since yesterday have been having like pressure pain at my vagina. Pain is coming from like sides of t like the bones idk but its on both sides. It's not constant but it hurts when I go to the bathroom or if I'm standing too long. Is this normal or should I call my ob?

Are you overdoing it? It takes time to heal. Make sure you are getting plenty of rest. I can't say what you are feeling is normal or not, but I would try resting and see if that helps.

I felt that way especially after standing too long. I think it's somewhat normal but I know I over did it. Take it easy when you can.

Ditto. You need to stay off your feet and rest as much as you can.

The nurse at the hospital did mention not overdoing it but I really didn't think I was. The only times I have been on my feet are for feeding and changing my daughter, bath.. And taking her to the doctors and lab. I felt like I had been resting a lot.. Cause I have been laying with her in my bed while she's been on the biliblanket. I cleaned a little today.. But nothing major at all. But I notice today that along with that pressure pain I have a pain in my right leg that feels like the same pain I had pregnant that was suppose to be from baby on the sciatic nerve, muscle pain in my abdomen and definitely a little more bleeding. I might just call my ob tomorrow. I just don't know what's normal and wants not.
