12 week update ! We are still doing pretty well! My milk supply is still keeping up with both babies. Yay! Both Grayson and Ailey are sleeping from about 11/12 until 8. It's really nice and I'm hoping it sticks.
Poor little Ailey had a few weeks where she was constantly dealing with diaper rash. I stopped using the disposable wipes and switched to cloth with water and she got a lot better, but never fully clear. We tried several different brands of diapers, but it was always about the same. So I tried her in cloth diaper prefolds for a day and she completely cleared up. Soooooo now we cloth diaper. I totally was thrown into the deep end with it, so I'm still learning. We were just going to use cloth for baby girl, and disposables for Grayson fellow, but with all the craziness of twins I kept accidentally using cloth wipes on him and throwing them away with the diaper; more annoyingly, I'd use disposable wipes on Ailey and then throw them in the wash with the cloth diapers. Lol. We decided it would be easier to just cloth diaper them both, so now we have fluffy butts all over.
They are both super smiley, happy babies. Grayson laughed for the first time today. Grayson is around 12-13 lbs now (born at 6lb 6oz) and Ailey is around 10 lbs (born at 5lbs 5oz).
So a question for you ladies: I found mold in the diaphragm of my Medela In Style pump yesterday. I've been "pumping and dumping" until the new pump I ordered comes (an Ameda Purely Yours with a closed system this time). My question is, would you pull the pump apart, Clorox it to death, and continue to use it as a backup, or would you just toss the thing?

That all sounds great!!

As far as the pump, go to walmart or target and pick up some replacement diaphragms, clean the rest like crazy and keep using it

Yay for growing babies!! and laughing? Ahh I cant wait for that stage

I second Kellisa, get new parts and clean the rest of the pump! If it happens again, maybe contact the manufacturer.
