I am finding it hard to find something for protien. I am fine for lunch and dinner, but breakfest and snacks are getting hard. YOu can only eat so much eggs and cheese. Is there any thing else that I can include in my diet for protien????
I like to cook up bacon and ham. BLTs are a perfect lunch for me! I also have tuna, peanut butter (this does have a few carbs though), chicken, and yes, lots of cheese. I found this website that has a list of foods high in protein and also lists the carbs in each one as well.
