When is swelling a problem or indicator?

My ankels have been swollen off an on for a little while and I am only about 18 weeks....what does epigastric pains feel like? I am always out of breath...my blood pressure has been fine though 120/60 if I am not mistaken or 120/30...shoot all I remember is the "120" part
when is swelling a problem? Should I call doc?

You might just want to bring the swelling up to your doc at your next scheduled visit, but as far as I've been told, ankle swelling isn't a big deal... just try and elevate your feet (above head level) when you can - like lying on the couch or something in the evening.

The swelling becomes a problem when your hands swell excessively and your face swells... it would have a tendency to come on quickly is what I've been told.
