Saturday:
Fasting: 85
B: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 piece high fiber whole grain toast w/ butter, about 2 clemenitnes
1hr: 104
S: Special K with milk
L: Baked quesadilla made with whole-grain tortilla, cheese & beans, with salsa, and carrots & snap peas
1hr: 146
S: Graham cracker sticks, milk
D: Salmon, brown rice, green beans
1hr: 99
S#1: 3 apple slices with caramel dip, 1 candy corn
S#2: Fiber bar, milk
S#3: Two handfuls of whole-grain goldfish

Sunday
Fasting: 87
B: 1 hard-boiled egg, piece of whole-grain toast with butter
S#1: Some pound cake (bad I know, but I was at church and felt like I was getting a bit hypoglycemic so I went to the snack table and found something with sugar. I felt much better a bit later.)
S#2: South Beach high-protein bar
L: 1/2 peanut butter sandwich on whole-grain bread, milk, a few apple slices
S#1: I can't remember, but it was healthy and involved protein!
S#2: A few pretzel sticks
D: Cheese pizza, assorted raw veggies
S#1: A few bites of my son's birthday cake b/c my numbers were only 115 an hour after the pizza
S#2: Fiber bar, milk

Saturday:
Fasting - 85
B: egg overeasy, 3 turkey sausage links, 1 lite babybel cheese, 1 whole wheat waffle
1hr: 127
L: (switched lunch and snack 1) Open-faced tuna melt from Subway
1hr: 103
S: 1 orange, a piece of meunster cheese
S2: 1 banana, couple tbsp peanut butter, 12 almonds
D: Lite pasta broth sauce (chicken cubes, keilbasa sausage, rosemary, and veggies in chicken broth) over egg noodles.
1hr: 135
S3: a piece of string cheese
S4: 2/3 c. edamame and 14 almonds

Sunday:
Fasting: 93
B: 1 egg over easy, keilbasa sausage and onions, 1 whole wheat toast
1hr: 114
S: 1 orange, a piece of meunster cheese
L: Turkey whole wheat wrap with leftover rosemary sausage soup.
1hr: 108
S2: 1 banana, peanut butter, a piece of cheese
S3: 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich with Turkey, 1 blueberry greek yogurt cup
D: Chicken tikka masala with 2/3 c. basmati rice and 12 almonds
1hr: 131
S4: 2/3 c. edamame and 12 almonds.
