L: Lean Cuisine Baja chicken quesadilla, baby carrots, small piece of a cookie.
S#1: South Beach protein bar
S#2: An apple with peanut butter
D: Rotisserie chicken, brown rice, broccoli, pear slices with cinnamon
S: Fiber bar, milk

B: egg over easy, wheat toast, sausage
1hr: 118
L: Kimchee stew (tofu, pork, kimchee), multi-grain rice
2hr: 101
S: pretzels, cheese, crackers, turkey
S2: crackers, turkey, sliced asian pear, peanut butter
S3: strawberries, cheddar cheese curds (I'm addicted to these~!!)
D: Hainan chicken with white rice
1hr: 140.
S4: edamame and almonds
