B: South Beach protein bar, 2 clementines
S: Whole-grain Goldfish crackers, chai tea w/milk, almonds
L: 1/2 PB sandwich on whole-grain bread, sugar snap peas, milk (BS was 115 an hour later)
S#1: 2 cheese sticks, Triscuits, an apple
S#2: Kashi Pumpkin Spice Flax bar
D: Chicken tacos, salad, probably will have a few bites of cake (my older son turns 4 today!!)
S: Baked quesadilla on a whole-grain tortilla with cheese & beans, salsa
