Does anyone count the fiber against the carbohydrate count in what they’re eating? I read online on one site that if the fiber per serving was 5 or over, I could take ½ the fiber count off the carbohydrate count. Other places have said one can subtract all the fiber count off the carbohydrate count. Has anyone done this?
I never really counted fiber.. I just knew what I could eat and what I couldn't eat.. I also took a prenatal vitamin with probotics in it and that kept me vary regular.. Never had problems in that department..
