My numbers have been so good lately, but last night after dinner it was 184!! I was horrified. It was my last day of bedrest, and hubby picked up a pizza for dinner. Usually I can have pizza as long as I vaccuum or something afterwards, but last night I didn't do that because of the bedrest. I'm officially off bedrest now, but am still taking it easy so I have to be careful.
Breakfast: Omelet, whole-grain toast w/ butter, 3 strawberries
Snack: Cheese & Triscuits
Lunch: Healthy Choice Beef Merlot with veggies, a pear with cinnamon
Snack: Fiber Plus bar with milk
Snack: An apple with peanut butter
Dinner: Probably rotisserie chicken with brown rice & broccoli
Snack: Lo-carb tortilla topped with cheese & black beans, with salsa

I do that too. I had one weekend where I did very poorly. My kids were in the hospital with the flu (Both fine now) so I ate fast food all weekend. I had to hang my head in shame when I turned that food log in though.
