Snack 1: Triscuits and a cheese stick, 1 mini fruit roll-up
Snack 2: Kashi Almond Flax bar
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich with lettuce and cheese on whole-grain bread, cup of turkey chili at Einstein's
Snack: Almonds and SmartBalance microwave popcorn
Dinner: Stuffed green pepper soup, some kind of fruit for dessert
Snack: Probably milk and a FiberPlus bar
