Hope everyone had a great Christmas! Were you all able to stay on track with all the holiday food around? My mom made a reduced sugar pumpkin cake with wheat flour that didn't seem to be too much of a problem. I did go 1 point over after my snack yesterday (I don't usually test after snacks, but we timed Xmas breakfast then so I could have a pancake and a few tater tots), and I went 1 point over.
Overall though, I've been staying on track! How are all of you doing?
I've been pretty good with all the junk that I've been exposed to over the past few days. I've indulged here and there, but not too much, and I make sure to have any sweets with some milk or other protein. My blood sugar has been a bit high after dinner for the past two nights, but I didn't have anything bad - I think I just ate too much. I'm 36 weeks now and HUNGRY!!!
