The past couple weeks have been stressful and I have been working really hard on following my diet and testing etc etc etc Everybody is very happy with how I am doing and have actually lost 6lbs because of it.
Anyway I decided lastnight I needed a break. So this morning I woke up and I made pancakes for DH and I. OMG they were soooooooo yummy. Totally worth it....at the time. Now my glucose is 204 and I feel like crap! LOL Guess I won't be doing that again anytime soon
