I'm new to the boards and looking for a good support system for gestational diabetes. I've been through this once with my first, I passed by one point with my second and have it with my 3rd. So far my fastings range from 89-100. The 100 was when hubby let me sleep in 2 hours and boy did that do a doozy! All of my meals except 2 have been under 120. The last 2 days my lunches have been over with a 125 and a 127. I try to get some exercise in but it's not always easy.
My dietitian wasn't concerned about my fastings but my doctor seemed to raise an eyebrow. I'm hoping I can keep getting those 89's but it's not been easy. Anyone have advice on how to keep it lower? Not sure there is much else I can do.
