I failed my 1 hr glucose test last Friday. My number was 166, this was fasting. I have to now do the 3 hr test this Friday, which I am soooo not looking forward to. I have been trying to watch my diet this week, by cutting out sweets and carbs and only drinking water, but is that the best thing to do?? I did not have GD with my first DS, but I am high risk for GD since I am overweight, mom has DM and sister had GD. Any advice or tips you ladies can share will be appreciated!
