At the recommendation of an HHP friend she recommended Chromium to help with insulin resistance. I started researching and found some awesome things! Broccoli is one of the richest food for Chromium! I looked on the back of my prenatels (Rainbow lite) and found that 120mcg of Chromium are in them......stupid me has been forgetting to take them for the past month or so. Anyway...anything helps right??? At the end it talks about why doctors dont suggest it as much as they should....silly western docs.
ps..not talking about taking a Chromium Suppliment, just increasing Chromium rich goods. My prenatels have enough!
