I just started meds to keep my blood sugar down a few days ago. Yesterday and today I have woken up feeling slightly nauseous and like I might have diarrhea at the same time. My blood sugar was 77 yesterday, 85 today. Do u think feeling slightly sick has to do with the blood sugar being a little too low, or is it a end-of-pregnancy weird thing?

My a.m. numbers were running in the low 120's and sometimes 110's before the meds.

How low is too low?

77 is normal. I wouldn't worry until it's less than 60. But, if your body is used to higher sugars you might be feeling funny as they are coming down. You'll probably adjust to it soon. Hope you feel better!

Those are great numbers. But like Justliz said if you are used to being higher it will take time to adjust. But it is better for baby, good job!

My Dr. doesn't want me to get under 60. That being said, it may just take your body awhile to adjust to those new low numbers being "normal" for you.
