Dreamfields pasta. I'm able to eat it with no issues...I had homemade mac & cheese tonight, after 1 hr. my # was 96!

I'm lucky my local grocery store sells it.

Thanks for the tip, I'm going to look into this! With my last pregnancy, I could eat the Barilla Plus whole grain pasta with no issues. Can't find the same one this time around, and the other whole grain options I've tried are a no go.....

It wasn't hard to give up pasta with the first pregnancy, but boy....I would do about anything for a bowl of mac and cheese about now.

Another one I found was Bryers low carb ice cream! It claims 4g net carbs per 1/2 cup (most ice cream is ~20), though they don't include the 4g sugar alcohols. I don't have issues with sugar alcohols, but some do.
