I love my homemade low carb cheesecake (the german version which uses a kind of cream cheese not generally available in the states so I won't bother with the recipe). Try googling for "low carb cheese cake".
My version has 24g of carbohydrates per BIG slice (mostly from the crust), so just right for my afternoon snack (and the eggs and cream cheese will make your numbers even lower).
There was a recipe on Dr. Oz website for Brownies less than 100 calories and it was all made from good for you things. I want to say it was labeled something like 'Best Brownie under 100 Calories' or something.
We bought an ice cream maker this weekend and it's great to make GD approved ice cream:
super creamy low carb chocolate icecream:
mix 2 egg yolks, 250ml milk, 150 ml cream, 1 teaspoon corn starch and bring to boil (just once, only shortly, the original recipe requires the mixture not to boil, but being pregnant it's better to be on the safe side).
Add 100g very dark chocolate, grated. Add artificial sweetener to taste. Let cool. Pour into ice cream maker.
with the chocolate I was using this gave app. 60g carbs altogether, so 12 g of carbs if eaten by 5 greedy chocolate lovers - a really nice dessert.
