Just wondering what you all have been eating to still satisfy your sweet tooth. I was at the grocery store yesterday and really wanted to buy ice cream. But was looking at every brand and label for one that had "no sugar" in it. I was able to find ones that said low fat, and even found one that said no sugar. But it still showed that it contained sugar. And the low fat ones still contained some sugars. There are the yogurt type ice creams, which i know is lower in fat...but gain, contain sugars
I am getting such a craving for something sweet, but i don't know what is out there that i can eat!
I still induldge in sweets...I cannot cut them out...It is stronger them me....My last 2 pregnancies with GD I had more control. but none in this one.....However my problems with my sugar levels at the moment tend to be more when I wake up fasting....I can eat a piece of cake, cookies, donut for dessert and then my sugar level is o.k 1 hour later...It is weird....
