So every 2 days, when I test for dinner time, I get higher levels before dinner than after. Like, for example, yesterday, I was at 6.2mmol before dinner and then 1.5hrs later, I was at 5.7mmol. And its not like I didn't eat anything. I had a chicken ceasar wrap with a mix of rice and veggies on the side. Why???

The way your body treats the insulin changes with your pregnancy. I can't remember if the trend is to need less or more insulin towards the end of pregnancy. I would alert the dr if this continues (you're probably seeing the dr every 2 weeks or soon will be) for the rest of the week, unless you go into the dr this week.

Good luck!

I am going weekly right now. I am keeping a complete food diary on top of my glucose results so she can see what I ate and if it was enough to at least increase my levels a bit after a meal. I am going back next Friday.

The food diary is great. It really will, with the help of the BG readings, give your dr a good idea of what's going on. If you get more concerned, give the dr's office a call and speak with one of the nurses or your dr about your numbers.
