Hello! I have GD and im currently 32 weeks and really trying to control my diet! I've been okay so far but if my readings are high too often, does that mean that the baby is growing bigger by the day?

I realized that its not only about a healthy diet but also about portion sizes, my readings come high if I overeat.. I had a big mug of skimmed milk with 5 walnuts before bedtime since my doctor told me a protein snack before bed is good and my reading at 142 mg/DL!

Anyone in the same boat with tips to share. What sort of food helps lower glucose levels? I've been strictly on fruits, veggies, whole grains, protein.. and have cut all sugar and white carbs.

I am determined to have a natural delivery. Please help!
