Okay my hour after dinner level was 90!!! I was so excited. I had half of a potatoe with my dinner, the first one I have had since I started this diet, so I wasnt sure what was going to happen. After we ate DH and the kids and I went for a 30 min. walk and when I got back and took my level it was 90. That is the lowest I have had for after any meal. When I look at my chart, my morning fasting level has always been lower than my after dinner level the day before. SOOOO I am crossing my fingers that the trend keeps up and I can actually get my fasting level below 90 where it is suppose to be, it will be a first if it is. I know it may not happen, but I am so praying that I am finally getting a hang of this thing and so is my body. Everyone cross your fingers for me! See ya in the morning.

Well, it didnt happened as I had hoped. My morning fast this morning was 98, still higher than my goal. I think tonight I am going to walk again before bed, and not have a bedtime snack and see what happens.
