I only keep track if I have a high number. Like after breakfast today my number was 206!!! I had a yougurt and some milk because I was nauseous and didnt feel like eating. I am supposed to eat 45-60 carbs for breakfast and 60 for the other 2 meals.
I keep a log for my own use so if I am having problems I can look back and see if there is anything in common. My doctor said she doesnt need them because it's up to me to be honest with myself. I don't think I have forgotten anything in my log but I did forget to do my dinner blood sugar on the 4th of July!
