I have been craving canned potatoes and other things that, when I check the label, happen to have quite a bit of folic acid in them. It sure seems like that's what I'm craving, but I'm taking prenatal vitamins with 100% daily intake of folic acid for pregnant women.
Should I be concerned? Should I take folic acid on top of the prenatals? Do you need more folic acid with twins? LOL, the thought crossed my mind.
Anyone have any ideas or links?
