So last night I went to the grocery store to get some stuff to make "inside-out burgers" and sides for dinner. I walked past the isle that has large jars of pickles and I immediately started gagging. I LUCKILY made it to the produce section to grab one of the little bags and lost my stomach everywhere. Ohhhhh joy! So embarrassing!

I then get home, fix dinner, sit down and eat with everyone. We started watching the movie "The Odd Life of Timothy Green" with the kiddos and I couldn't stop crying. I then proceeded to run to the bathroom and lose my entire dinner. What fun!

This morning, I have barely been able to talk. Each time I open my mouth to speak, I start gagging. It should be a fun day at work to say the least! ;-)

Anyone else experience onset of morning sickness late in the first trimester?

Yuck! I hope you feel better soon! Are you sure it's pregnancy related or could it be a bug? The sudden on-set and persistence has me wondering.

Either way, I hope it goes away quickly!

There were times in previous pregnancies when I threw up even when I was big pregnant-usually set of by a smell or eating something that did not settle with me. I think it happened worse with DD. As for the gagging, I am with you there. It seems that the gagging is what could lead to throwing up not feeling nauseous! It is so annoying.
My advice for the gagging would be to find a candy or mint you like the flavor of and keep those with you, that way when you feel it coming on you can suck on a piece for a few minutes. That, and distracting myself with a simple task, have helped me get past the gagging episodes.

I've had ms for a while now, but it has eased up some in the past week. I was feeling pretty good this morning, went to the doctor, then on my way back home I started gagging, then puked all in my husband's truck! I'm talking on the steering wheel, floor, seat - it's everywhere.. and it stinks!!! I'm still trying to suck up the courage to go out there and clean it up!

Since you haven't had it so far, maybe this is a virus? Whatever it is, hopefully it passes quickly.
