I woke up this morning with an aching feeling in my pelvis. It feels like it's between my uterus and my hip on the right hand side. It's not sharp or scary, but it does feel like I pulled a muscle. Walking around helps a little bit but not a ton.

I'm guessing it's just things stretching and pulling, or I possibly slept on my hips funny. Does that sound normal to y'all?

That pain is called round ligament pain. It's awful and doesn't go away but it means your body is doing what it's supposed to so that's a positive! I always get the pains when I'm sleeping, sneeze, or move too fast. If I rub it, sometimes it helps. Usually just wait it out but totally normal! One of the many joys of pregnancy haha

Sounds like round ligament pain to me too. To avoid it, I have to assume certain positions before I cough or sneeze and try not to make any sudden moves. The good thing is that it doesn't usually last too long.

Thanks ladies! That's really reassuring. It has gone away now, so that's also nice.
