What are your easter plans for this weekend? do you do something at home or do you visit family?

we are going to hubbys cousins for easter and spending the day with that side of the family. im hoping that the baby will cooperate enough to let me eat some spiral ham. they are excited we are pregnant and have known since i turned 6 weeks. we are not visiting my family since they are drama and don't even know that im pregnant. i don't plan on telling them till after the baby is born.

we are thinking if the weather is nice enough to do an easter egg hunt at home cause dd has been wanting to do one and hubby and her are going to color some easter eggs.

thanks for reading

Sounds like a fun weekend! I hope the weather cooperates for a easter egg hunt!

We don't have any family around so we won't be doing anything special.
DH is working dayshift, but I'll cook a turkey with all the fixings! That's definitely something I'm looking forward too though!! Well, not the cooking, but definitely the eating!! lol

We will dye eggs the night before, then do an egg hunt in the morning. We usually have a big dinner too.

Easter is going to be at home, just me DH and the kids. We will do a dinner here. We don't go to church but I will have a memorial thing for my dad as Easter we celebrated with him each year. We have a first Easter for my youngest son, that should be fun.

DH and I are going to visit family. They're only about 20 mins away from us. They don't know I'm pregnant yet so I planned on wearing this:

They've been asking and wondering (politely) when we're going to start having kids so I think they'll be super excited. I can't wait! We're going to do an egg hunt with their kids (twins - almost 3 years old) and then eat an early dinner.
