I've been having back pain off and on since I found out I was pregnant. Now I am finding that my back gets very sore and uncomfortable throughout the day, which freaks me out because I miscarried twice before (4 and 5 weeks), and back pain was the first sign. The pain is localized to my lower back and radiates through my hips to my back side. I am currently 15 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I am a scientist, so I soend most of my day in uncomfortable chairs or on my feet. Is this normal? Anyone else on the back pain train?
Not so much day to day, but I spent 8-9 hours in the car yesterday and my back was aching by the end of it. If you're in a not so great chair a lot of the time, I would bet that has something to do with it.
I would try not to worry (although I know that's easier said than done, especially with previous losses). If you're really concerned, I would call your doctor and get some peace of mind.
