Allergies have been kicking my butt this time around too. I don't usually have many issues unless the pollen levels are super high. This pg though I have so much drainage that I have actually gagged and thrown upa few times. I had to take a zofran the other day because I didn't want to risk puking. Don't know if that is what helped or not. But My midwife told me to try a non-drowsy OTC allergy medicine, so I picked one up and took it this morning and we'll see if it makes a difference.
As far as your ears hurting, have you noticed that after a hot shower that its better? I know that ATM with my allergies that sometimes my ears hurt so bad and my face feels like I have a sinus infection. Showers and hot tea help a ton. Hope you find something to make you feel better soon!
